Lubna is an expert in the field of social development and has more than 25 years of experience in the Arab world. She worked with United Nations agencies and international, regional and local NGOs specialized in youth development programs and child protection, including UNICEF, the United Nations Population Fund for Arab States (UNFPA), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), CARE International, and as Executive Director of Mentor Arabia.

Inas is a Leadership and Project Management Professional with over 20 years of experience. Inas has held senior executive roles in private and government entities in the UAE, as well as various USAID funded projects serving local communities in Jordan.
